Is a packet a bid invitation?

No. A packet identifies a potential opportunity from study intelligence. It is not issued by a sponsor, and it does not confirm that a sponsor is accepting sites or that you will be selected.

Who is the Network for?

Independent clinical research sites and site networks. Sponsors and CROs appear in packets as the organizations that place studies or as sources of intelligence. They are not our customers.

Do I need to replace my CRM?

No. Your BD team keeps its CRM and its workflows. The Network supplies study intelligence and prepares materials your team reviews and sends itself.

Does StudyIntel contact sponsors for me?

No. Engage prepares draft expressions of interest and researches contacts where they can be verified. Your team reviews and sends. There is no automated sending, follow-up or negotiation.

What does my team need to maintain?

One profile per location: capabilities, therapeutic areas, phases, preferences and aggregate patient population information. You approve what we may use, resolve flagged gaps, and validate study-specific answers.

Can I put patient information in a profile?

No. Profiles never hold PHI or individual patient records. Use aggregate population information only.

What will Qualify do, and when is it available?

Qualify will prefill supported feasibility questionnaires from the records you maintain and flag anything missing, outdated or conflicting. Your team validates and submits every response. Qualify is planned and not yet available. Join the interest list to hear when it opens.

How is pricing set?
