The research on your next study is already done.

Find your site and claim it. We pull the new industry-sponsored studies in the conditions you run and email you a study report every Monday. Free. No card, no call, no strings.

Takes about a minute. Nothing to cancel because nothing is charged.

The first person to claim a site owns it and chooses what its report covers. Everyone after them gets view-only access. If no one at your site has claimed it yet, it can be you, today.

Questions before you claim

What do I get for free?

A report every Monday of the new industry-sponsored studies posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in the conditions and phases your site runs, recruiting or about to. New studies since last week are marked, so you see what changed at a glance.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

The weekly report costs nothing, needs no card and nothing renews. We also sell paid plans with early signals, studies found before they're posted. You never have to buy one to keep the free report.

Why is my site already listed?

Your site is named on industry-sponsored studies on ClinicalTrials.gov, which is public. We built a page for every independent US site with at least one industry-sponsored study on record. Claiming it means your team gets the report and controls what it covers.

Where does the data come from?

The free report comes from ClinicalTrials.gov, run by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Paid plans add early signals from SEC filings, licensing and financing announcements, FDA, NIH awards and sponsor job postings. Every item shows its source.

How is this different from searching ClinicalTrials.gov myself?

You'd have to search every condition and phase you run, every week, and work out what's new. We do that for your site and send only the studies that fit, with the new ones marked.

How do you stop a competitor from claiming our site?

Four checks. Personal addresses like Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook are refused. We send a confirmation link to the address typed in, so the person has to control that inbox. The email's domain has to match your site's name exactly to go through on its own; anything else is checked by hand before it's approved. And once your site is claimed, any later claim waits for that check and the owner gets an email about it.

What if a colleague already claimed it?

Claim it anyway with your work email. Once it's approved you get the same report every Monday. The first person to claim the site chooses what the report covers; everyone after them can view it.

Why do I need a work email?

It's how we know you work at the site. A personal address could belong to anyone.

Our email domain doesn't match our site's name. Can I still claim it?

Yes. Your claim waits for a quick check by hand, usually within one business day, and we email you when it's approved.

What happens after I click Claim this site?

We email a confirmation link to the address you typed. Click it within 7 days. If your email matches your site, you're in right away; if not, we check it first. Then you set a password and choose what your report covers.

Can I choose which studies show up?

Yes. After you claim the site, sign in and pick the therapeutic areas and phases, and whether to include studies run mostly outside the US. The report rebuilds as soon as you save.

Who can see this page?

The page is public, like the ClinicalTrials.gov data it's built from. Your name, your email and who claimed the site are never shown on it.

What will you email me?

The weekly report, and news about the StudyIntel Network. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

We have several locations. How does that work?

Each location has its own page, matched to the studies run there. Claim each one; your report for each covers that location's own conditions.

Why isn't our site listed?

We list independent US sites with at least one industry-sponsored study on ClinicalTrials.gov. Universities, hospitals and health systems aren't listed. If we missed you, use Add your site on the Find your site page: give us the site's details and an NCT ID, and we review it, usually within one business day.

We're a network. Can we add all our locations at once?

Yes. Add your site takes up to 25 locations in one submission under your organization's name, each with its own address, therapeutic areas and NCT ID.

Our site is new. Can we still join?

You need one industry-sponsored study on ClinicalTrials.gov. If your site isn't named on that study's location list yet, we still list it, marked as research history not yet confirmed, until we check it.

Can we take our page down?

Yes. Use Remove this page at the bottom of your site's page.

What do paid plans add?

Early signals: studies we find in SEC filings, licensing and financing deals, NIH awards, FDA filings and sponsor hiring before they reach ClinicalTrials.gov, matched to each location. Plans are priced by location with unlimited users.

Do I have to upgrade?

No. The free report keeps coming every Monday whether or not you ever buy a plan.

Is this for CROs or sponsors?

No. The StudyIntel Network is for independent research sites and site networks.

Does claiming commit us to anything?

No. Claiming isn't a contract and doesn't sign your site up for any study or paid plan.
